Welcome to Burlington Stores! We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Retail Front End Supervisor.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front end of the store, including cashiers, customer service, and sales floor.
  2. Train, mentor, and coach front end team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  3. Ensure all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory management procedures.
  5. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to front end team members.
  9. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make data-driven business decisions.
  11. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front end area.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  13. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Position, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Front-End Supervisor, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Cash Handling, Inventory Management, And Store Merchandising. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Managing The Front-End Operations And Ensuring Smooth And Efficient Processes.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: A Front-End Supervisor Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously And Prioritize Effectively. They Should Also Have Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed In A Timely Manner.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Retail Industry Is Fast-Paced, And The Front-End Supervisor Role Is No Exception. The Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Thrive In A Busy And Dynamic Environment, While Maintaining A Positive Attitude And Providing Excellent Customer Service. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Handle Unexpected Challenges With Ease.
