  1. Providing exceptional customer service: The Retail Front End Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience at the front end of the store. This includes greeting customers, addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring efficient checkout processes.
  2. Efficient front end operations: The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the front end, including managing cashiers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions.
