  1. Oversee all front end operations, including cashiers and customer service, to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  2. Train and develop front end team members to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and manage all cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and security.
  4. Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including registers, displays, and shopping carts.
  6. Lead by example and provide excellent customer service to demonstrate expectations for the front end team.
  7. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to address any issues or concerns and implement solutions.
  8. Create and implement schedules for front end team members in accordance with business needs and labor budget.
  9. Monitor and track front end performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  12. Serve as a role model for company values and promote a positive work culture.
  13. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and making recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  15. Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A Front End Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Cashiers And Front End Associates To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Understanding Of Store Operations Including Cash Handling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Standards.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills To Interact With Customers, Associates, And Management In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Cash Handling And Adherence To Company Policies And Procedures.
