In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our front end department, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the front end department to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all front end team members.
  3. Train and develop front end associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and manage customer queues to minimize wait times and provide a positive shopping experience.
  5. Maintain accurate cash and register balances, and oversee cash management procedures.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Conduct daily audits of front end transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  8. Monitor and enforce loss prevention policies to prevent theft and minimize shrinkage.
  9. Communicate effectively with other department managers to ensure coordination and collaboration across the store.
  10. Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  11. Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, and addressing any performance issues.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the front end department.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
  14. Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement strategies for driving sales and achieving operational goals.
  15. Assist with scheduling and managing front end staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  16. Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the store management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Supervisory Experience: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Retail Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Retail Front End Supervisor Is Responsible For Overseeing The Customer Service Experience At The Front End Of The Store. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations: This Position Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Store Operations, Including Cash Handling Procedures, Inventory Management, And Merchandising. Candidates With Previous Experience In These Areas Will Be Better Equipped To Handle The Responsibilities Of This Role.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: As A Full-Time Supervisor, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Front End Operations Of The Store On A Daily Basis. They Should Have Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks To Ensure Efficient And Timely Completion.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Abilities: A Retail Front End Supervisor Will Be Managing A Team Of Cashiers And Customer Service Associates And Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Supervisors And Team Members To Achieve Common Goals And Drive Store Success.
