As a Front End Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while overseeing the front end operations of our store.   1. Oversee Front End Operations: The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the front end of the store, including cashiers, customer service, and returns.
  2. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The Front End Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  3. Lead and Motivate Team: This role requires the ability to lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring that they are performing their job duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Train and Develop Employees: The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for training new employees and developing the skills of current team members to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  5. Monitor Cash Handling and Transactions: The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in all transactions, while also addressing any discrepancies.
  6. Maintain Front End Appearance: This position requires the Front End Supervisor to ensure the front end of the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
  7. Implement Policies and Procedures: The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Handle Customer Complaints: The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for handling customer complaints and finding suitable resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with Management: This role requires collaboration with other members of management to ensure consistent operations and provide support as needed.
