Retail Front End Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the retail front end, including customer service, cashiering, and checkout
2. Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff, and promote a positive work environment
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
4. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
5. Monitor staff performance and take corrective action when necessary
6. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
7. Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
9. Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure stock is adequately replenished
10. Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement
