Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service • Ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience in-store • Ensure team members reach their sales goals • Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action as needed • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and recognize employee efforts • Address customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively • Assist with training and onboarding new team members • Implement store policies and procedures • Monitor sales floors and ensure shelves are properly stocked • Maintain accurate records and report store performance to management • Participate in inventory management activities and restocking efforts • Provide support to store managers as needed
