Retail Front End Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Front End Supervisor to join our team at Burlington Stores. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and able to effectively manage and motivate a team of retail associates. This is a full-time position that requires a hands-on approach in order to ensure high customer satisfaction and store productivity.To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively lead and motivate team members. Responsibilities:

-Monitor store operations to ensure that staff are providing excellent customer service and that the store is meeting productivity goals.

-Hire, train, and manage a team of retail associates.

-Monitor sales and inventory levels and adjust staffing levels to ensure that customer service needs are met.

-Enforce store policies and procedures and provide disciplinary action when necessary.

-Provide feedback to management about employee performance and store operations.

-Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

-Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with merchandise and that the shelves are properly organized.

-Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.

-Provide ongoing training and development to retail staff.

-Perform other related duties as assigned.
