- Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties for Burlington Stores, ensuring they are in compliance with all company standards and regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance.
- Monitor and track property expenses, budgets, and contracts to ensure financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet customer and associate needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in property management to constantly improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and reports on property status.
- Work closely with legal and risk management teams to address any liability or legal issues related to properties.
- Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans for all properties.
- Develop and maintain property management policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor new property management team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations for property management team members.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all property-related activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Setting.
Knowledge Of Local And State Laws And Regulations Related To Property Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Tenants, Vendors, And Other Stakeholders.
Proficient In Property Management Software And Other Relevant Technology.
