Project Manager- Physical Security

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Project Manager- Physical Security to join our team at Burlington Stores. In this role, you will lead projects to design, develop, and implement physical security solutions, ensuring the safety of our customers, associates, and property. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in security or equivalent experience, and at least eight years of experience in physical security. You will need to have a strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems. This role calls for an organized and detail-oriented individual that is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You should be a strategic thinker and have the ability to think outside the box to identify potential security risks and develop creative solutions.
