
Payroll Coordinator
Burlington Stores is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and processes for our organization. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll records by verifying employee information and pay rate calculations
- Prepare and process employee payrolls in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Process garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related payments
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and analysis
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as a resource to employees on payroll-related inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between employees and third-party vendors for payroll-related matters
- Monitor and update payroll processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Create and maintain payroll-related documents, such as timecards, vacation and sick time requests, and employee performance reviews
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including processing new hire paperwork and entering data into payroll system
- Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy of payroll data
- Analyze payroll data and provide monthly reporting to management team
