We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Service Manager to join our team. As an Operations Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall operational efficiency of our stores, while also providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on continuous improvement and a dedication to delivering the best shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail.   1. Oversee the daily operations of all Burlington Stores locations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve overall store productivity and customer experience.
  3. Train and develop store staff on operational procedures and customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
  6. Coordinate with corporate headquarters to implement company-wide operational initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels through effective inventory control processes.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to store operations and provide satisfactory resolutions.
  10. Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Identify and address potential safety hazards or security issues in the store.
  12. Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment for store staff.
  13. Monitor and manage store budgets, including labor, supplies, and other operational expenses.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store staff to promote growth and development.
  16. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold company values and standards.
  17. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Operations Management

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Supply Chain Logistics, And Store Operations Processes.
