- Oversee the daily operations of all Burlington Stores locations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve overall store productivity and customer experience.
- Train and develop store staff on operational procedures and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with corporate headquarters to implement company-wide operational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels through effective inventory control processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to store operations and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards or security issues in the store.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment for store staff.
- Monitor and manage store budgets, including labor, supplies, and other operational expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store staff to promote growth and development.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold company values and standards.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Operations Management
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Supply Chain Logistics, And Store Operations Processes.
