Job Description

As the Operations Service Manager at Burlington Stores, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team to ensure service excellence for our customers. You'll be a key member of the Burlington Stores family, and have a direct impact on providing an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong interpersonal skills, a problem solving attitude, and a passion for customer service. You should also have experience managing a team, as well as knowledge of store operations and customer service principles. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the operations team to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality.
  3. Foster a positive team culture and ensure team members are motivated and engaged.
  4. Develop strong relationships with external partners and customers.
  5. Monitor customer service metrics and develop improvement plans.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Provide feedback and coaching to team members on customer service issues.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer service issues.
  9. Monitor customer service trends to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and customer service principles.
