- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed to maintain efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Train and coach team members on operational processes and procedures.
- Motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising team to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Conduct audits and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
- Uphold and promote a positive and professional image of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Systems.
