
Operations Service Manager

- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes and procedures to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize loss and waste.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective store operations.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations and customer service.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to report on store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times, leading by example for the rest of the store team.
Experience In Managing And Supervising A Team: The Operations Service Manager At Burlington Stores Must Have Prior Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Work Of Multiple Employees And Ensuring Efficient Operations.
