  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
  5. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness standards are met at all times.

  7. Communicate with other department managers to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and processes.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operational issues and provide swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  9. Analyze store data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operations.
  10. Monitor and manage operational expenses and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and recognition of team members' contributions.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational staff to ensure their growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
