- Oversee the daily operations of our stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are available for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain schedules for store associates to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as merchandising and marketing to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in hiring and performance evaluations of store associates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on store performance and operations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations Or Service Management
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency And Improving Customer Service Experience
