- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and employee scheduling.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Train and supervise a team of store associates to ensure they are delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the store.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of employees and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, always striving to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure all operational standards are being met, including but not limited to cash management, stock levels, and promotional displays.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail operations to continuously improve processes and drive business growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Service-Oriented Environment.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Extensive Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supply Chain Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
