Job Description

As Operations Service Manager at Burlington Stores, you will be responsible for leading store execution, driving customer service, and ensuring a positive store experience. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can solve problems, identify opportunities, and develop relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of operations or retail management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for helping customers and leading teams. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members, and a strong knowledge of store operations and merchandising processes.This is a critical role in our organization, and the successful candidate will have a direct impact on our customer service and store performance. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead store execution and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a positive store experience.
  3. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.
  5. Manage store operations and merchandising processes, including inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling.
  6. Analyze store performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  7. Ensure that safety and security policies and procedures are adhered to in the store.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and take action to address any concerns or complaints.
  9. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of store personnel.
  10. Manage store budgets and financial reporting.
