
Operations Service Manager
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an Operations Service Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence. As a key member of the operations team, the Operations Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and driving operational efficiencies at all Burlington Stores.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a retail environment. They must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, have the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. The Operations Service Manager should also have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.If you're the type of person who takes initiative, works hard, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational efficiencies across all Burlington Stores.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve customer experience, operational processes, and profitability.
- Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they are achieving their professional goals.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
