
Inventory Control Area Manager

- Oversee and manage inventory control processes for all areas of the store, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory levels are accurate and in line with company standards
- Train and mentor team members on proper inventory control procedures and best practices
- Analyze inventory data and provide reports to upper management on performance and any areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other department managers and teams to ensure inventory processes align with overall store goals and objectives
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory levels and communicate with relevant parties to resolve them
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving inventory management technologies to continuously improve processes
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control And Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Implement And Improve Inventory Control Processes.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software And Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
