Enrolled In An Accredited Engineering Program: Candidates Should Be Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Program In Industrial Engineering, With A Focus On Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Math And Statistics, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In Processes And Systems.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
Proficiency In Relevant Software: Strong Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Access, And Other Data Analysis Tools Is Preferred. Knowledge Of Supply Chain Software Such As Sap Or Oracle Is A Plus.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As An Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With A Team Of Engineers And Other Professionals. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively Are Essential For Success In This Role.
