
Human Resources Specialist

- Provide excellent customer service to employees by addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers on performance management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, As Well As Company Policies And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience In Recruiting, Onboarding, And Training Employees, As Well As Managing Employee Relations And Performance Management.
