HRIS Specialist- Benefits

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Human Resources with a focus on HRIS systems and employee benefits.The HRIS Specialist- Benefits will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, overseeing employee benefits, and providing guidance and support to our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and excellent customer service.Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in HRIS systems and employee benefits. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain HRIS system.
2. Oversee employee benefits.
3. Provide guidance and support to Human Resources team.
4. Develop and implement strategies for improving HRIS system performance.
5. Resolve any HRIS system issues.
6. Analyze and evaluate employee benefit plans.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Maintain employee benefit records.
9. Conduct research and analyze data to inform HRIS system and benefit decisions.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HRIS system operations.
11. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Monitor and report on HRIS system performance.
13. Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
14. Prepare reports and presentations related to HRIS systems and employee benefits.
15. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
