
HRIS Specialist- Benefits
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for a talented and passionate HRIS Specialist- Benefits to join our Human Resources team and bring innovation, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service to our stores. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Human Resources with a focus on HRIS systems and employee benefits.The HRIS Specialist- Benefits will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, overseeing employee benefits, and providing guidance and support to our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and excellent customer service.Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in HRIS systems and employee benefits. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HRIS system.
- Oversee employee benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to Human Resources team.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving HRIS system performance.
- Resolve any HRIS system issues.
- Analyze and evaluate employee benefit plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee benefit records.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform HRIS system and benefit decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HRIS system operations.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on HRIS system performance.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HRIS systems and employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
