- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability for all stores within the assigned district.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement, providing guidance and support to store managers to ensure goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other district managers and senior leadership to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
- Manage district budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between store teams and corporate headquarters, communicating updates, changes, and feedback.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the district.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Excellent Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Ability To Travel To Multiple Store Locations Within The Assigned District And Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends.
