- Oversee the operations of multiple distribution centers to ensure timely and efficient distribution of merchandise to our stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and streamline processes within the distribution centers.
- Manage and motivate a team of distribution center supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and resolve any issues or challenges in the distribution centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including store managers, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Prepare and present reports on distribution center performance to senior management.
- Forecast and manage budgets for distribution center operations, including labor, equipment, and supplies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in distribution center management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Distribution Or Logistics Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
