  • Oversee daily operations and productivity of the distribution center, ensuring efficiency and timeliness of merchandise distribution to stores
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of associates, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and effective operations across the company
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
