In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring that all processes and procedures are running efficiently and effectively.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Monitor and improve processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  4. Create and implement strategies to meet company objectives and drive results.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Manage inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  9. Collaborate with other department managers to optimize overall operations and achieve company goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve distribution center operations.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  12. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise in the distribution center and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Maintain a positive and effective work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and act as a role model for employees in terms of work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Management Experience In A Distribution Center Setting, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Distribution Center Operations, Including Receiving, Inventory Management, And Order Fulfillment.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Large Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Productivity And Efficiency Targets, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field Preferred.
