As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in leading our HR department and driving our company's success through strategic human resource management.   1. Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  4. Develop and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  5. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  6. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  7. Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Oversee the compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  9. Develop and maintain a system for performance evaluation and provide guidance and support for performance improvement.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the HR department's processes and strategies.
  12. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring fair and effective communication.
  14. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Director Of Human Resources At Burlington Stores Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field. This Education Will Provide A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Practices Of Human Resources Management.

  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Director Of Human Resources Position At Burlington Stores Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Implementing Effective Hr Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director Of Human Resources, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Working Closely With Senior Management. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage And Motivate Employees And Communicate Hr Initiatives To Key Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Director Of Human Resources At Burlington Stores Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Labor Laws And Regulations. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Ensuring Compliance With All Hr-Related Laws And Regulations And Mitigating Any Potential Legal Risks For The Company.
