- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the HR department's processes and strategies.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring fair and effective communication.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Director Of Human Resources At Burlington Stores Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field. This Education Will Provide A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Practices Of Human Resources Management.
