Job Description

At Burlington Stores, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director, Distribution Center Construction to join our growing team. We seek an exceptional individual who is passionate about leading the design, planning, and execution of distribution centers and other facilities. This individual will be responsible for leading teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, engineering, and construction of distribution centers and other facilities. They must demonstrate strategic vision, creative problem-solving skills, strong project management and communication skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and possess a passion for excellence. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and is excited to join a team dedicated to delivering the highest quality construction projects in the industry. Responsibilities:
