Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communications strategies and tactics to support change management initiatives across the organization.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of corporate changes.
- Collaborate with the corporate communications team to create persuasive content for internal and external communications.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives and provide feedback to the corporate communications team.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices for change management communications.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of corporate changes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management communications program.
- Identify and address any issues related to change management communications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding change management communications.
