  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  3. Monitor and maintain customer service standards, ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
  4. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, finding effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new customer service team members.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized customer service area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Utilize company systems and technology to manage customer interactions, track customer feedback, and analyze customer trends.
  9. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  11. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and provide input for process improvements.
