  1. Greet and welcome customers to Burlington Stores in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Train and mentor customer service team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
  4. Lead and motivate the customer service team to consistently meet and exceed customer service goals.
  5. Handle escalated customer service issues and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their shopping needs.
  9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
  11. Conduct periodic customer service evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and transactions.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for the customer service team.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer service experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
  15. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company updates and changes in policies and procedures.
