
Customer Service Lead - Part-Time

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Lead by example and set a high standard for customer service for other team members to follow.
- Train and mentor new team members on customer service standards and practices.
- Ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members on areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and find appropriate solutions to resolve them.
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Act as a liaison between customers and management, communicating any customer feedback or suggestions.
- Assist in implementing new customer service initiatives to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Ensure that all customer service policies and procedures are followed by team members.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Issues And Provide Exceptional Service.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Demonstrated Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
