Job Description

As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and leave our store satisfied. We are looking for a part-time team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is a natural leader.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Lead by example and set a high standard for customer service for other team members to follow.
  4. Train and mentor new team members on customer service standards and practices.
  5. Ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  6. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members on areas for improvement.
  7. Handle escalated customer complaints and find appropriate solutions to resolve them.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store layout to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and management, communicating any customer feedback or suggestions.
  10. Assist in implementing new customer service initiatives to improve the overall shopping experience.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  13. Ensure that all customer service policies and procedures are followed by team members.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Issues And Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
