  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers by greeting them, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service.
  3. Train and develop team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  4. Monitor and maintain customer service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  5. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new customer service team members.
  9. Manage customer service schedules and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve customer service processes to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  13. Communicate feedback and suggestions from customers to store management.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role: A Customer Service Lead Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Position, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service Principles And Can Effectively Train And Lead A Team.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For A Customer Service Lead As They Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers And Managing A Team. They Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively, Both Verbally And In Writing.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Part-Time Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Customer Service Associates. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Customer Service Lead Should Be Highly Organized And Have The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Resolving Customer Complaints And Addressing Any Issues That Arise.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As A Part-Time Position, The Customer Service Lead Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Available To Work Additional Hours When Needed, Such As During Busy Seasons Or To Cover For Other Team Members.
