  1. Provide exceptional customer service: The primary responsibility of a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at Burlington Stores is to provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
  2. Serve as a first point of contact: As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, whether in person, over the phone, or through email.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction: It is the responsibility of the Part-Time Customer Service Lead to ensure that all customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.
  4. Lead and motivate the team: The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and motivating the customer service team, ensuring that they are providing exceptional service at all times.
  5. Train and onboard new employees: The Part-Time Customer Service Lead will be responsible for training and onboarding new customer service employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints: It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Lead to handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and maintain customer service standards: The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer service standards, ensuring that they are met by all team members.
  8. Coordinate with other departments: The Customer Service Lead will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, such as coordinating with the sales team to resolve product issues.
  9. Implement customer service strategies: The Part-Time Customer Service Lead will assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  10. Act as a role model: As a leader in customer service, the Part-Time Customer Service Lead will act as a role model for the team, showcasing exceptional customer service skills and setting a high standard for others to follow.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A Customer Service Lead Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Part-Time Customer Service Lead, The Individual Will Need To Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. They Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Issues.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Position. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Train A Team Of Part-Time Customer Service Associates, While Also Leading By Example.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Customer Service Leads Are Often Faced With Challenging And Complex Customer Situations. They Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Analyze The Issue And Come Up With A Satisfactory Resolution For The Customer.

  • Flexibility And Availability: As A Part-Time Role, The Customer Service Lead May Be Required To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Be Able To Accommodate A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During Peak Business Hours When Needed.
