  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Serve as a role model for the customer service team, demonstrating high levels of positivity, professionalism, and efficiency.
  3. Train and mentor new customer service team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and track customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  6. Handle escalated customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  7. Assist with scheduling and managing the customer service team, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  8. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers and address any questions or concerns.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve and streamline customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A Customer Service Lead Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Expectations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Customer Service Lead, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Speak Clearly And Concisely, And Convey Information In A Professional And Friendly Manner.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Part-Time Customer Service Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A Customer Service Lead Must Be Able To Think Quickly On Their Feet And Find Solutions To Customer Issues Or Complaints. This Requires The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure And Use Critical Thinking Skills To Find The Best Course Of Action.

  • Availability And Flexibility: As A Part-Time Position, The Customer Service Lead Must Be Available To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Willing To Adjust Their Schedule As Needed To Support The Needs Of The Store And Their Team.
