Strong Communication Skills: As A Customer Service Lead, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Speak Clearly And Concisely, And Convey Information In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Part-Time Customer Service Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.
