  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Burlington Stores customers.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer service associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store, greeting customers and assisting with their shopping needs.
  5. Serve as a role model for the customer service team, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Train new customer service associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Collaborate with other store leaders to maintain a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer service.
  9. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  12. Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay informed of company updates and best practices.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and drive sales through exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role: A Customer Service Lead At Burlington Stores Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Expectations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is A Must-Have Skill For A Customer Service Lead. They Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Customers, As Well As With Team Members And Management.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: As A Customer Service Lead, One Of The Primary Responsibilities Is To Lead And Guide The Customer Service Team. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing With Customer Complaints And Resolving Issues Is A Regular Part Of The Job For A Customer Service Lead. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities To Handle Any Situation That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Store Policies And Procedures: Since A Customer Service Lead Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Customer Service Policies And Procedures Are Followed, They Need To Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Policies And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Return/Exchange Policies, Loyalty Programs, And Other Relevant Store Policies.
