  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Train and mentor customer service team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service.
  3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  4. Monitor and maintain customer service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for store management and other departments regarding customer service issues.
  7. Ensure that all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized customer service area, including display of merchandise and promotional materials.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers.
  10. Act as a role model for the customer service team by demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the brand.
  11. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer service team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  13. Stay informed about company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by the customer service team.
  14. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role: A Customer Service Lead At Burlington Stores Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Will Ensure That The Individual Understands The Needs And Expectations Of Customers And Can Effectively Lead A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Customer Service Lead Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Both Customers And Their Team. This Includes Active Listening, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Representatives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role And Possess Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Customer Service Lead Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Store Policies And Procedures, Inventory Management, And Sales. This Knowledge Will Help Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Manage Their Team.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: At Burlington Stores, The Customer Always Comes First. A Customer Service Lead Must Have A Strong Commitment To Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Be Able To Instill This Mindset In Their Team.
