  1. Lead a team of customer service associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, serving as a role model for the team.
  7. Create and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers and train team members.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Assist in scheduling and managing team member shifts and breaks.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  13. Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and with integrity.
  14. Participate in company meetings and provide input on customer service initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience and promote customer loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Position, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Service Lead Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members.

  • Customer Service Expertise: The Role Of A Customer Service Lead Is To Ensure That All Customers Are Provided With A Positive Shopping Experience. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Ease.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A Customer Service Lead Should Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Creative Solutions To Address Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Store Policies. Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Highly Desirable.
