  1. Lead a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  3. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  5. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  6. Handle escalated customer service issues and find effective solutions to resolve them.
  7. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand and uphold the company's customer service standards.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and address any inquiries.
  9. Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for peak business hours.
  10. Monitor and track customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting a customer-centric culture.
  12. Assist in the implementation of new customer service initiatives and strategies.
  13. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and team development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
