- Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional customer service experience.
- Train and develop team members on customer service standards and best practices.
- Monitor and assess team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve customer service skills.
- Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and uphold company values and policies.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with store management to develop strategies to improve customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Assist in creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers and team members.
- Ensure the store is well-staffed and properly trained to handle high volume of customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
- Monitor and maintain customer service and satisfaction metrics and report to upper management.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer service related administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer service issues and improve processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Leadership Role, Demonstrating Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Any Issues Or Concerns.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, Able To Handle Difficult Situations And Make Sound Judgments.
Proficient In Computer And Technology Skills, Including Experience With Point-Of-Sale Systems And Customer Service Software.
Knowledge Of The Retail Industry And Customer Service Best Practices, With A Focus On Providing A Positive And Efficient Shopping Experience For Customers.
