  1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional customer service experience.
  2. Train and develop team members on customer service standards and best practices.
  3. Monitor and assess team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve customer service skills.
  4. Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and uphold company values and policies.
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Collaborate with store management to develop strategies to improve customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  7. Assist in creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers and team members.
  9. Ensure the store is well-staffed and properly trained to handle high volume of customers.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
  11. Monitor and maintain customer service and satisfaction metrics and report to upper management.
  12. Attend meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Handle customer service related administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  14. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer service issues and improve processes.
  15. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Leadership Role, Demonstrating Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Any Issues Or Concerns.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, Able To Handle Difficult Situations And Make Sound Judgments.

  • Proficient In Computer And Technology Skills, Including Experience With Point-Of-Sale Systems And Customer Service Software.

  • Knowledge Of The Retail Industry And Customer Service Best Practices, With A Focus On Providing A Positive And Efficient Shopping Experience For Customers.
