  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and provide excellent service.
  3. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient customer service processes.
  7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
  8. Implement and maintain customer service standards and procedures to improve overall customer experience.
  9. Analyze customer service data and identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.
  10. Conduct regular team meetings and communicate important updates and changes to team members.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  13. Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  14. Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Lead At Burlington Stores Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.

  • Leadership Experience: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Supervise And Train A Team Of Customer Service Associates. Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role Would Be Beneficial.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Customer Service Lead, One Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Quickly Find Solutions To Customer Issues And Complaints. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential In This Role.

  • Customer Service Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Customer Needs And Expectations.

  • Multitasking And Time Management Skills: A Customer Service Lead Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once While Maintaining A High Level Of Efficiency. Time Management Skills Are Crucial In Order To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed In A Timely Manner.
