- Lead and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Train and coach associates on customer service best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service by providing support and assistance to customers when needed.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service processes.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
- Develop and implement customer service protocols and procedures to improve overall efficiency and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer service metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions With Empathy And Professionalism.
Proficient In Handling Customer Inquiries And Complaints, With A Track Record Of Successful Resolution And Customer Satisfaction.
Detail-Oriented And Organized, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
