As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of customer service associates, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.   1. Lead and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and coach associates on customer service best practices and company policies.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service by providing support and assistance to customers when needed.
  5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service processes.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
  8. Develop and implement customer service protocols and procedures to improve overall efficiency and satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer service metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions With Empathy And Professionalism.

  • Proficient In Handling Customer Inquiries And Complaints, With A Track Record Of Successful Resolution And Customer Satisfaction.
