- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in scheduling and managing customer service staff to ensure adequate coverage.

Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Applications, Including Point-Of-Sale Systems And Customer Service Software.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
