  1. Lead a team of customer service associates in providing exceptional service to customers.

  4. Train and mentor customer service associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
  5. Monitor and maintain customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
  7. Communicate with other departments and management to address any customer service related issues or concerns.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Handle cash registers and transactions in a professional and accurate manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  12. Set an example for other team members by consistently providing exceptional customer service.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Assist in scheduling and managing customer service staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer service experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Applications, Including Point-Of-Sale Systems And Customer Service Software.
