  1. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service by providing friendly and professional assistance to customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure they are delivering top-notch service to our customers.
  3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions with customers.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to find a positive resolution for both the customer and the company.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including customer service areas and merchandise displays.
  9. Support the achievement of sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  10. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Service Lead Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Management.

  • Leadership Experience: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Customer Service Representatives. Previous Experience In A Leadership Position, Such As A Supervisor Or Team Lead, Would Be Beneficial.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is A Must For This Role. Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desired.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Customer Service Leads Should Have The Ability To Quickly And Effectively Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think On Their Feet Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Store Policies, Procedures, And Products, Is Important For A Customer Service Lead To Effectively Assist Customers And Support The Overall Store Team.
