  4. Monitor and assess customer service levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Train new hires and conduct ongoing training sessions for existing team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
