In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of dedicated customer service associates to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience.   1. Lead and mentor a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional service to all customers.
  2. Set a positive example for the team by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Train new team members on company policies and procedures, as well as customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  6. Handle escalated customer issues and find solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees alike.
  9. Develop strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions to better assist customers.
  11. Assist in scheduling and managing the daily tasks of the customer service team.
  12. Communicate any customer service or operational issues to upper management.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  14. Foster a team-oriented and customer-centric mindset within the customer service team.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
