Job Description

  4. Handle customer complaints: As the face of the company, the Customer Service Lead will be responsible for handling customer complaints and finding satisfactory resolutions.   5. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed: The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for ensuring all store policies and procedures are followed by the team. This includes enforcing company policies, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
  6. Monitor customer feedback: The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and making necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.
