In this role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate should also possess a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. We require a minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role and a high school diploma or equivalent. If you're ready to take the lead and ensure our customers have a great experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
  2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  3. Supervise and train customer service staff.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate service.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Create reports and analyze key performance indicators.
  9. Provide guidance and support to customer service personnel.
  10. Develop customer loyalty programs and promotions.
